The «Prevention a sound investment» for business
people program was initiated by the Sûreté du Québec, the
Canadian Federation of Independent Business and the following partners (To find out more about the partners, visit our Web site):
The partners' main objective is to help prevent crime and to make sure
that criminal activities affecting entrepreneurs and business owners across
Québec are significantly reduced. Their goals are also to help minimize
financial losses, therefore stimulating economic growth, and to assist in creating
a stable social climate for workers, investors and business people all over
Québec.
Finally, the partners' aim is to promote the notion that owners of small
and mid-sized businesses across Québec can help prevent crime through
social development in their communities by tackling the underlying causes of
criminal activity at a local level.
